Familiar with Batch monitoring and scheduling activities
Adhere to SLA’s
Handling scheduling tool administration.
Administrative experience with job scheduling software RMJ
Perform scheduling package database, calendar, date object, maintenance
Analysis, design, test and implement automated processes
Troubleshoot and solve scheduling issues and conflicts
Manipulate scheduled processes to accommodate customer requested changes
Automate triggers and variable input parameters
Analysis and perform acceptable condition code
Analysis and perform resource definition and control
Demonstrate ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer requests, own the request through successful completion
Experience with establishing and documenting policies and procedures pertaining to automated scheduling and other production support analyst duties
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to mentor team members in various areas of expertise
Solid understanding of documentation and production support activities
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork skills
Understand a large-scale 24×7 production environment
Ability to prioritize workload across multiple customers, software tools, and operating systems.
