Job Description

  • Handle frontline troubleshooting. Any issue encountered in the contact center is forwarded to TTS Technology Support mailbox.
  • Performance management of Oracle Service Cloud Application Management
  • Provide support for Five9 Telephony system
  • Support Virtual Observer system by ensuring desktops is configured properly, requesting account setups, and confirming that the calls are being recorded.
  • Update/maintain SharePoint site or troubleshoot access issues

Primary Skills

  • Experience in International Contact Centre operations for tech Support
  • Should have experience in frontline troubleshooting software, hardware issues.


Secondary Skills

  • Excellent communication skill
  • Candidate should be willing to work in 24*7 environment
