JOB DESCRIPTION

He/She would be responsible for:

Working effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
Program Solver and Proactive in identifying customer pain points.
Manage Mid level stakeholders for capillary clients.
Increase capillary product adoption and generate ROI from clients investment
Maintain a healthy NPS from direct stakeholders
Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) on the certain objective provided by the Client Consulting with the client & solving his business problems
Create Quarterly review presentation / Steering committee meeting decks.
Design CRM Campaign/Loyalty programs & building customer-centric strategy
Coordinate with different teams (Incident Management, Execution team, Solutions, Tech team)

JOB REQUIREMENT

Required Skills:

Aptitude for problem-solving and quantitative skills, Comfortable in dealing with numbers and calculation
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Client Management
Ability to pull insights from Data Personal Attributes
Excellent Logical ability, Good written and interpersonal skills
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Self-motivated, Inquisitive and curious, Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow through on commitments
Ability to define success for the customer.
