CAPRICORN LOGISTICS Hiring for Customer Service – Sea Export at Gurgaon Full Time

Deliver commercial role for business planning and execution . Focused on maximizing GP achieved at point of sale, providing insightful analysis of Import pricing in the market to direct the selling team on selling levels, accountable for increasing profitability and achieving business objectives.
Provide assistance/support to other areas of the business by offering rates to new/existing clients, getting nominations from sales, coordinating with international agents and executing timely quotes and matching customer target levels .
Providing Ocean Import quotes to the clients by working on buy and sell rates.
Maintaining business relationship with various shipping companies/ International agents /co-loaders/Trucking companies, CFS and other agencies for the best rate in the market.
Should be able to built a good rapport with Clients in terms of Problem solving.
Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution. Ensuring that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved, and escalating queries if appropriate to superiors.
Over all responsible to liaise with agents for release of SO and timely movement of shipments as per informed timelines
Co-ordination with customers, Overseas colleagues for successful execution of shipment Complete ownership to complete shipment cycle
Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with account portfolio via phone calls, emails, and job quality follow up.
Analyze the current market condition to offer competitive rates to Clients.
Filing rates with agents / Co-loaders/shipping Lines on fixed intervals.
You shall perform jobs which are incidental to or connected with above functions and which you are capable of handling, and any other tasks being assigned to you from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹650,000.00 per year
