Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing professional to conceptualize and execute digital marketing initiatives. You need to demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of the digital and mobile marketing environments. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of brand, product, and digital marketing campaigns pan India. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams to ensure that digital marketing campaigns are processed and executed effectively. The Digital Marketing managers will work closely with the company founders and will have an opportunity to be a strong contributor to the company’s growth and future.
Skill Required
Develop, execute and manage digital marketing and social media strategies and campaigns.
Plan and manage brand visibility across various digital platforms. Write and optimize content for social networking accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Manage social channels with social posts and imagery. Fix any errors in online content.
Generate bold and innovative ideas for growth, track and analyze traffic data, solving problems, and making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights and share regular internal reports.
Must have done App marketing strategy and should be well versed with App growth and engagement tactics.
Manage internal and external relationships to run campaigns across wide array of digital channels, networks, and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential customers.
Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving the scale or effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
Work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm.
Deliver results with a strong bias for action in an ambiguous environment.
Required Qualification
Post Graduate Degree with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Demonstrated ability to create new innovative marketing programs and/or partnerships that generates results.
Must be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of digital media planning and performance optimization strategies. Must be commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale.
Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial.
Superior verbal and written communications skills with attention-to-detail.
Strong analytical skills, bias towards decision making on data and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze and present data.
Proven relevant work experience in mobile app marketing, and digital marketing,
