Good Communication skills. To Issue, Reissue & Cancel Airline Tickets on GDS/Amadeus or Galileo.
Candidate must be able to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing queries received from B2B agents.
Candidate must have good knowledge of GDS like Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
Candidate must have a sincere and honest work approach.
To confirm waitlisted seats by monitoring flights. To liaise with the Airline on any special request like extra seats & other requirements.
Knowledge of Tour Packages would be an add-on advantage.
Candidate must be from a Travel background with 3+ years of experience in Ticketing.
