Responsibilities
Establish a sense of trust and credibility with clients.Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions with the help of psychometric reports to clients to understand their career goals, interests, skills, and values.Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to help clients overcome career-related challenges and uncertainties.Stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and job market dynamics to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.Collaborate with other team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our counselling services.
Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.Proven experience in career counselling of students preferred.Certification course in Career Counselling preferred.Knowledge of various career assessment tools like Psychometric tests & counselling techniques.Knowledge of admissions in international universities an added advantage.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Empathetic and understanding demeanour.Go-getter & self starter
