About You
You’ll be joining a new team running customer lifecycle event processes owned by our KYC function – initially this will cover company liquidations and dissolutions but the scope may expand over time. Joining this team, you won’t need any prior experience in insolvencies and dissolutions, or in financial services more generally, you will, however be an ambitious self-starter able to pick up and follow new procedures quickly and accurately.
The processes you’ll be running are important so you’ll have a keen eye for detail. They are also customer facing so you’ll need excellent communication skills – you won’t be talking to customers face to face or on the phone but you’ll be responding to any queries they have. You’ll also be comfortable with data – extracting reports and using spreadsheets.
You’ll be ambitious and looking for a new opportunity in a new and growing team with exciting future opportunities as it, and Tide, expand further in our mission to save businesses time and money every day. As a KYC Operations Analyst, you will report to the KYC Operations Team Lead and have the opportunity to work alongside other talented team members at Tide.

A note on the future of work at Tide:
Tide’s offices are beginning to open for Tideans to return on a voluntary basis. Timelines for reopening will be unique for each region and will be based on region-specific guidelines. The health and well-being of Tideans and candidates is our primary concern, therefore, for the foreseeable future, we have transitioned all interviews and onboarding to be conducted via Zoom.
Once offices are fully open, Tideans will be able to choose to work from the office or remotely, with the requirement that they visit the office or participate in face-to-face team activities several times per month.
