Position Summary:
The position is accountable for driving and managing Revenue and Gross margin of all the Carestream Radiology Equipment products including Full Rooms for all Government Institutional Sales & OEM’s in the West India region.

Position Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

• Support in implementing and evaluating Company’s strategy for the high end capital equipment in the government institutional market & OEM’s.
• Participate in tender requirements of various central and state govt. and public sector enterprises and work closely with technical experts to help develop optimum technical specifications to ensure cost effective delivery of diagnostic imaging services maintaining the highest standards
• Develop competitive matrix in every market and suggest price strategy for product groups
• Develop segmentation matrix in every segment with a competitive positioning strategy weighed with market intelligence. Segment all healthcare facilities using defined criteria
• Maintain a robust tender tracking mechanism (Maintain and update an exhaustive list of all current and upcoming govt. tenders in India and the cluster countries for equipment and media business. Share information on all tenders with respective channel managers, key account managers and channels. Develop and maintain a robust mechanism for tracking all govt. tenders and their status and share with the team)
• Work with vertical managers for pricing approvals and product technical support
• Work with service team to ensure quality and timely service support to the customers
• Collaborate & Partner with purchasing, accounts and finance team to ensure timely resolving of issues related to their supply chain and credit
• Ensure that the AR is maintained to the desired lowest level and constant follow up is taken up to close any nonpayment issue
• Create a plan to achieve desired market share in the Government Institutional Business in the assigned regions
• Ensure that the Company compliance policy is understood and implemented
• Implement a comprehensive process for management of all govt tenders from opportunity identification to closure and delivery
• Willingness to Travel (involves travelling across Region)

Required Skills & Education:
Education:
Bachelors in any stream (Engineering/Biomedical Preferred)

Masters or PG desired

Relevant Experience:
At least 8-10 years’ experience in related fields; Experience in Radiology or in high end Medical Equipment’s in Government Sector is a Must.
