Job Purpose and Impact
The Learning and Development Specialist will help develop, implement and evaluate training and talent development activities. In this role, you will collaborate to create training curriculum, select appropriate delivery methods and monitor training effectiveness for the general workforce and for targeted discipline and technical areas.
Key Accountabilities
Project Consultation to support in the transformation journey, by applying methodologies such as design thinking and process improvement.
Conduct regular training to increase the training adaption rate
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Working knowledge on Degreed,Intrepid,uPerform or similar LMS application.
Develop testing, migration and evaluation on new feature Implementation.
Manage stakeholder relationships and project progress within timelines Requirements
Assess and monitor the impact and effectiveness of learning interventions at the individual trainee and/or organization level.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Human resources certificate
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
Experience with managing training through LMS platforms
