Cargill Looking For Commercial Executive at Pune, Maharashtra, Full Time

The Commercial Executive, under direct supervision, will help coordinate and plan import and export processes, customs documentation and shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives on time. In this role, you will participate in issuing import licenses and completing monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities

• Reconcile data for inventory, warehouse transfers, loading orders, quality, claims, demurrage and dispatch cases.
• Maintain and foster established relationships with small accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners.
• Collaborate with external authorities to verify and comply with all customs requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
• Prepare, review, approve and maintain files for import and export documents.
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Execute contracts bookings and dispatch deliveries for local sales-purchases, imports-exports of bulk oil, byproducts and different trade flows, supporting the strategy of the different product lines existing within the business group strategy.
• Ensure the review of operational metrics, maintain accurate controls and deliver according to the expectations of trade execution processes.
• Maintain and foster established relationships with brokers, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners, such as supervisory firms, laboratories, various agents/brokers, plant-terminal, warehouses, trucking companies, brokers, buyers, sellers and vendors.
• Brokers Payments/Refunds/Agreement extension/Expiry and ensure the valid BG/SD in place and notify before 30 days of expiry.
• Follow-ups for security deposits for all forward contracts and ensure the brokerage payments and with a tracker is updated and maintained on real time basis.
• Follow-up with broker/buyer for excess payment refund and arrange requisite documents for Credit balance refund on concurrently.
• Ensure to maintain a tracker for purchase / sales contract master sheet regular basis and discus with respective team.
• Ensure to share the daily bulk sells-purchase summary within group regularly
• Ensure to check the daily open cak/ dispatch/loading plan from each brokers and buyers
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Min. four years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational, industrial, analytical and communication skills.
• Should have the good vocal knowledge into local tax, IGST sales-purchases and dispatch related and Imports-Exports compliance taxonomy.
• Deep knowledge of relevant commercial trades & Incoterms.
• Experience managing and planning import and export processes, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise in a global matrixed company.
• Experience in local trades IGST, +tax, trade execution, logistics, supply chain, trading or similar
