Primary Purpose of Role

Drive and develop Insights that will help business team to take Strategic decision that will impact top line or bottom line for the company

Key Decision Making in this Role:

1. Develop Insights to help formulate business strategies
2. Assist team in improving processes and developing scalable solutions

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

1. Develop Insights and help key leaders strategize to impact top line and bottom line
2. Will have experience in working with Sales Development and National Sales Development Manager , to understand their data need and partner with them to build data solution
3. Will have relevant experience in data analytics working with large sets and to extract and transform data using various tool and techniques. Will transform data into actionable business information
4. Will be passionate about finding root causes , trends and patterns and how they impact business.
5. Will draw inferences and conclusions , create dashboards and visualizations of processed data
6. Will have business and communication skills to be able to work with Region Sales Team, Brand Managers, Trade marketing , Supply Chain to understand key business questions to build reports that enable leaders to answer those questions quickly and accurately
7. Effectively able to derive insights from Sales Force Automation , business dashboards , other AI related tools and suggest way forward to the leaders
8. Effectively lead the business projects leading to cost optimization by thoroughly analyzing data

Qualifications/ Memberships:

MBA / PGDM in Business Administration/ other relevant majors / AI exposure at work place and experience is must

Experience:

Any Special Skill

12-15 years of experience in Alco-Bev / FMCG
