Preferred Qualifications (Full time):
· MBA in Sales and Marketing from Tier 1/2 institute
Experience Range and Knowledge:
· 5 – 8 years in technical sales ; Preference would be given to those who have experience in (Enzyme or Specialty Chemicals).
Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales)
· Handling of Existing Business (CRR) through CRM and SC teams.
· Optimization of the Yearly/Quarterly and Monthly Sales Budget being set by the Sales team through Market inputs and production Data analysis.
· Ensuring Monthly Sales and Collections targets being set from existing clients are achieved by the CRM/SC team with minimum involvement of the BD team.
· Lead Management – Identification, Qualification and allotment of leads for New Business development (NBD) to different Account Managers.
· Funnel Management – Keeping track of allotted leads by continuous follow-up with the BD team on a decided action plan and Measurement of Account Manager wise conversion ratio on a monthly basis.
· Implementation and continuous improvement plan for P.O.S.T (Pitch, Objection Handling, Sales tools and Training)
· Relationship Management with key clients – visits/meetings to get feedback and inputs on sales process improvement independent of the BD team.
· Monitoring travel plans of BD teams on a weekly basis to ensure its optimum utilization.
