Roles & Responsibilities:
He should be dynamic , flexible, obedient and result oriented.

He Should able to plan and adhere PM schedule.

He should be safety conscious and enforce safety culture in team.

Handling a team/manpower in a shift wise basis and Upgrading their skills thru OJT.

Should able to plan annual maintenance and execute effectively.

To find effective & efficient time base method for troubleshoot.

Attending and find out root causes for Chronic issue.

Attending and do project activities for machine modification and up gradation.

Attending to electrical breakdowns and abnormality points encountered and carrying out corrective action to reduce the breakdown time and resume production.

Up Keep record and monitoring of Monthly MTTR, MTBF, Availability of B/D updating with all Graph, M/c History

Handle the task of providing support by production operations on day-to-day basis.

Attend and keep a record of machine break down data updating on daily basis.

Preparation and maintaining all ISO 9001-2015, IS0 14001, Lean management related documents for different quality and other standard audit.

Prepare KPI data & MIS for maintenance dept.

Implementation Lean, TPM, 5s activity, kaizens & Poka-yoke.

Proficient in RCA (To find to Root Cause analysis), Why-Why analysis

Spare part planning and optimizations.

Should do project related spare part cost reduction, energy cost saving.

Day to day reporting of work to the Maintenance Manager.

Required Qualification:–

Degree in Environmental Science or Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 12 years is required.

Skills / Experience:–

Candidates should expertise in Environmental testing’s of the Facility like Stack monitoring, Noise testing, Ambient air testing etc.

Candidates should expertise in ETP/STP operation and maintenance, Water treatment Plant, Legal compliances etc.

Candidates should expertise in waste management.

Should know problem solving tools ( why-why analysis, pareto analysis, DMAIC, CAPA.)

Should able to read and interpret the Facility drawings.
