Understand Automobile dealership (US) business.
Communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
Maintain process documentation related to recurring issues, and utilize knowledge base articles as a resource tool
Manage incoming calls and escalated issues from clients and CDK associates related to standard laser issues and/or assigned territory. Maintain all client callback requirements
Proactive in accepting new project/assignments
Keep all the cases updated with current status
Prepare new process documents on workflow and able to update revisions
Mentor, Coach & help newer team members.
Have a mindset of innovation and suggest business improvements aimed at improving customer experience or/and operational excellence.
Education Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Commerce/Application/Computers
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in in Technical/Application support
Skills Required:
Must demonstrate a fluent command of the English language in both verbal and written communications
Must possess a passion for technology with the ability to be self-directed, highly motivated, and be able to set priorities with minimal supervision.
Ability to document, track and monitor a problem/issue to a timely resolution
Experience working as part of onshore/offshore teams is highly desirable
Time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Analytical, Problem solving skills and strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to quality & detail
Demonstrates ability to collaborate
Work in a deadline driven environment
Automotive industry experience (desirable)
Experience in technical support environment (desirable)
Willing to work in Night shift
