The Customer Support Executive (Business Development Executive) will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication via chat, meetings, and emails. This individual will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing support, and contributing to revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction Management:
Engage with clients through various channels including chat, meetings, and emails.
Address client queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
Client Satisfaction and Positive Reviews:
Strive for exceptional client satisfaction and aim for positive reviews.
Implement strategies to enhance client experience and resolve issues effectively.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and products to existing clients.
Contribute to revenue generation through proactive sales efforts.
Product Knowledge:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions.
Ensure all documentation is organized and readily accessible.
Handling Chat, Tickets, and Support:
Manage incoming chat messages and support tickets efficiently.
Prioritize and address client inquiries in a timely manner.
Revenue Generation and Tracking:
Set monthly revenue generation targets.
Monitor and report on progress toward meeting revenue goals.
Technical understanding and E-Commerce Knowledge:
Possess a strong grasp of technical concepts and e-commerce practices to effectively support clients
Monthly Reporting and Meetings:
Provide regular updates on progress, achievements, and challenges.
Participate in monthly meetings to discuss performance and understand the status of targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent(Preferably from a Technical background)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and persuade.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with E-Commerce is a plus.
Should be comfortable working in the US Time Zone.
