Evaluating and ensuring successful implementation & quality of subject-specific deliverables and strategies which includes but not limited to:

• conducting offline lectures for batches assigned, at the designated centres
• Conducting online lectures for batches over CENTUM’s online platform
• creating storyboards through brainstorming with the team
• coordinating with the graphic media team to create necessary visual aids to be used in the content
• designing in-class and post-class assessments/worksheets/online & offline tests
• creating, updating & reviewing supplementary content materials like short notes, assignments, tests, quizzes, Mock test series etc
• achieving Learning experience and Learning outcome improvement goals
• tracking student performance data and feedback & utilizing them to identify gaps in content
• recommending corrective actions in design/delivery
• maintaining the established quality parameters for content pieces of the subject in the target course

Centum ACADEMY2. Providing quality control (QC) for external SMEs (freelancers).3. Resolving Subject-specific content related support issues and conducting Parent teacher meetings at regular intervals of the academic calendar.4. Conducting research and analysing content requirements to keep up with the educational market trends.5. Checking for copyright infringement.6. Developing new questions/solutions as per the latest exam pattern.Qualifications & Skills1. Technical knowhow to handle online content disseminating/broadcast tools.2. Travel- ready on prior notice3. Deep subject matter expertise as per K12, JEE Advanced and NEET Exam Pattern.4. Problem Solving Skills and Team Management Skills.5. Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.6. Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in the relevant subject or B.Tech. from Tier-I engineering colleges will be given preference.7.
