Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound/outbound calls
- Efficient in closing the queries with the help of the concerned team
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Taking follow-up regarding the services/suggestions/feedback
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints
- Resolve customer complaints via phone (outbound calls)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Should have a good command of MS word and MS excel
- Experience in customer support (6 months and above)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Language: Hindi,English and Tamil. (Tamil is a plus point)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per hour
