Cerner is Glad to Hire a Learning Designer. As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible to Design and develop content for blended learning and behavior change in a variety of applications. Develop instructional materials. Leverage and build upon Cerner’s learning methodology, architecture and appropriate toolsets. Work with team of subject matter experts, multi-media developers and others to provide effective and engaging instruction that builds motivation and ability. Establish measurement plans for learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes.
