Job Summary

Cerra Globe, Bangalore is looking for a results driven Store Manager to be responsible for the supervising the store. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction and manage staff effectively.

Qualifications for Store Manager

• A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Primary Duties and Responsibility

• Ensuring that all customers in the store are attended to and ensure customer satisfaction
• Supervision of staff at the store
• Addressing any grievances of customers in the store and resolving issues.
• Managing storage and stocking of materials at the store
• Managing customer emails and generating purchase orders
• Supervising upkeep and cleanliness of the store

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
