Job Type: Full Time Internship of 3 months (can be hired permanently based on performance)
Job Summary:
The HR Operations Intern will support the HR Operations team in various administrative tasks and processes related to human resources management. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, enhance organizational skills, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department. The intern will work closely with HR professionals to ensure smooth execution of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
– Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
– Update employee information in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
– Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
– Assist in preparing new hire documentation and welcome materials.
– Help coordinate the onboarding process, including arranging orientations and training sessions.
– Support offboarding activities, such as access revocation and preparing experience letter
3. Employee Benefits:
– Assist in enrollment processes for employee benefits programs.
– Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
– Help distribute and track policy acknowledgments and updates.
– Assist in maintaining compliance with SOC standards
– Contribute to the preparation of HR-related reports.
5. Employee Relations:
– Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
– Assist in handling basic employee inquiries and concerns.
– Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
6. General Administrative Support:
– Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed.
– Help with filing, document organization, and correspondence.
7. Learning and Development:
– Participate in training sessions to develop HR-related skills.
– Learn about HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
– Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
– Prior experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
