Job Description: Customer relationship executive (CRE – Service)

1. Primary Responsibilities

a) Customer Feedback

1. Collects customer feedback

2. Plans corrective action with CRM

b) In Moment Survey Complaint Registration

1. Register customer complaints based on a low rating (1/2) in an in-moment survey

c) Customer Complaint Management

1. One point of contact for customer complaints by receiving customer complaints through phone/web/email

2. Ensure resolution of customer complaints

1. Call lost customers

2. Understand the reason for closure

3. Frame action plan with Sales Manager, Delivery Manager, and Store Head

Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate, Engineering/Management preferred

Industry: Auto [2 wheeler & 4 wheeler preferred], Hospitality, Finance/ Insurance, Retail, Communications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
