Major Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and other requirements for technical positions
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating potential hires
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Pre-screen candidates utilizing a variety of behavioral and situational questioning to source the best quality resumes matching to the requisitions within the prescribed timelines
Establish rapport with partners like hiring managers, interviewers or team members
Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in employment law, and other factors that may affect recruitment efforts
Use data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements
Compose job offers and complete relevant documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the organization’s applicant tracking system
