Director, Operations

What You Will Be Doing

• Work Independently related to GST refund, GSTR1, GSTR3B & GSTR9.
• Should have sound knowledge of GST laws (circulars/notifications) and search and compile necessary information related to GST, IEC, DGFT.
• Experience in Income tax , TDS laws
• Handling employee payroll related queries.
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
• Good knowledge of Accounting JVs, Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue.
• Maintain and record fixed assets.
• Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
• Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Helping hand in Audit closure

Requirements

• 3-5 Year working experience
• Education Requirements: – Commerce Graduate; B.com/ B.com (H), preferred.
• Any certification like GST course etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency over MS excel & MS word.
