Support computer lab operations

Support faculty and students to use computer software and hardware

Instructing students and staff in the use of computer lab technology and software applications

monitoring students’ activities in the computer lab.

Maintain students record in time and out time

Handle lab equipment to clean keyboards, monitors, disk drives and server.

Computers and peripherals are not to be moved or reconfigured without approval of Lab in charge

Ensure that the temperature in the room stays cool, since there are a lot of machines inside a lab as these can overheat easily.

Lab Incharge:
Maintaining Silence

Maintain student data and records

Maintain in time and out time of the students

Only notebook and pen are allowed inside the cabin.

Handle office things safe with care.

Make the students to keep their belongings in the locker which is given by the institute.

Check the student’s book whether their own or brought from library.

If it is peak season, the in charge should make a schedule for students for a period.
