- Preparation of BRS.
- Reconciliation of bank a/c‘s with SAP Bank records of the company.
- Recording the Inter Bank transactions in SAP
- Sharing the other payments to the AP team and Receipts to the AR team for record in SAP
- Recording of purchase invoices in SAP
- Record the expense bills in SAP
- Daily downloading bank statements and updating in FY-21-22 Google sheet and E-mailing to the AP & AR team.
- Expenses booking of all types of invoices Like ( Transportation, Courier, Rent, Telephone, Printing & Stationery, Electricity, internet , Water, Exhibition Expenses, Mobile expenses Etc) in SAP.
- Any work apart from this list comes that also will take initiative and doing.
Candidate profile:
- Any graduate with 2+ years of relevant exp
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Immediate joiner preferred
