with a developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex information.

Here is what you bring –

You have 6+ years of experience developing & managing Enterprise Applications

You have expertise in Siebel preferably Innovation pack 16 and above. IP 21.4 would be an added advantage

You have expertise in Siebel Product Configuration, Scripting, Workflow, Business Service

You have experience in JQuery, JSon, HTML and CSS

You have exposure in integrating CRM with Internal and external systems

You have exposure in writing queries using PL/SQL and SQL

You possess advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes, especially in prioritization

You have excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for taking technical language and making it comprehensible

You have a passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.

You are an avid learner with an ability to learn and adapt so that you can help teach others and encourage idea exchange and information percolation

On a typical day here is what you could do –

You will provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.

You will act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors and as an advisor or coach to new or junior analysts.

You will participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production. Perform post release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates. Develop and maintain technical documentation.

You will maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.

You will manage, maintain and support applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.

You will assist in appropriately assessing risks when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal

Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
