Job Desc:

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications development and programming activities. This team is looking to add technical lead who can drive execution and handle team’s end to end delivery.

The role requires skills to design and develop Payments applications with high throughput and stringent SLA. Object of delivering global solution for High Performance and 24×7 Availability of critical system with 99.9% uptime.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Application Development and/or Hands on Sr. Tech Lead.

• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications in Java, Spring, Mongo, Kafka, MQ, Docker and/or Cloud native technologies.

• AWS Experience & Payments Experience Preferred (but not mandatory required)

• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects and leading team.

• Should have Working knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development

• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
