C09 – Ops Sup Analyst – Vendor Remote Audits
Job Description:
The Ops Sup Analyst is responsible for performing remote audits, ensuring Citi’s vendor work standards and policies are adhered for high-risk processes. The Ops Sup Analyst is required to meet defined KPIs, including quality standards and SLA’s providing feedback on the results of the audits to Citi vendors. The Ops Support Analyst is also expected to engage and lead meetings with Citi vendors based on findings. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform audits and documentation of several high-risk processes and publish reports.
Serve as a primary liaison between the key business stakeholder and Citi Vendors based on audit findings.
Recommend business priorities by advising vendors on options, maintaining quality standards and timelines
Create, manage, and maintain project plans and act as the project manager for all follow ups across various departments
Work on multiple projects in parallel focusing on continued delivery of regulatory client deliverables, such as performance reporting/audits/letters/notices.
Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Quality / Audit Exposure
Banking / Cards Experience
International Collections experience (Not field collections / calling)
Excellent MS Office proficiency
Compliance handling
Calibration skills
Transformation and Re-engineering exposure
General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and our competitors
Skill set:
Excellent Communication
Seamless Email writing skills
Good Stakeholder management / liaison
Comprehensive & attention to detail
