Territory Planning and Administration Analyst

We are looking for an accomplished and innovative Territory Planning & Administration Analyst to join our growing global team. This is an amazing opportunity to help manage and shape an evolving integrated territory management model that will help empower our Commercial teams to maximize territory potential. The opportunity to drive impact spans across multiple billions of dollars of commercial potential, multiple internal customer systems/ databases, and multiple territory management processes.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelors/University level degree in related business or operations field required
5 years’ work experience in sales, financial or business strategy, analysis, or related discipline
3-5 years territory planning and or territory administration experience
1-3 years territory management system experience (ideally SFDC ETM and resource/territory optimization solutions)
Excellent influencing, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong Salesforce.com knowledge essential (Lightning, Einstein, Tableau CRM experience beneficial)
Tableau experience desirable
Oracle BICS experience is desirable
SQL and advanced use of business intelligence applications like Cognos, Business Objects BI and SAS is preferred
What will you be doing in this role?
Support design of territory strategy and territory master guiding principles
Support definition and documentation of territory management processes and governance model
Support definition of customer coverage and market potential framework
Collate and organize existing customer data and market potential; refine and align with sales leadership
Define territory hierarchies in line with guiding principles and segment customers based on customer data and market potential
Model, design and adjust territories as part of annual planning and against agreed coverage framework, territory potential
Support integration of ETM with other systems (e.g. ERP, Oracle BICS, CallidusCloud)
Implement and integrate seamless into SFDC ETM and sales workflow the agreed cross-sell, up-sell and sales validated whitespace opportunities
Create 360-degree view of territory size, performance, and potential
Dynamically assess gap between current territory performance and future opportunity
Continuously evaluate vacant territories and support dynamic resource re-allocation strategies to maximize return
About the Team
The Territory Planning & Administration group strives to optimize the collection of accounts and products into aggregated territories, identify future potential, influence optimized resource coverage, create integrated data workflow solutions and monitor & analyze performance. The group sits within the wider global Commercial Planning, Operations, and Commissions team of multi-disciplinary, high performing, collaborative, and innovative global team members.
Hours of Work
Please use standard Indian contractual hours. Hours should be 12pm to 9pm IST. Preferred location is Hyderabad or Bangalore, but open to remote for the right candidate.
