As Lead IT Program Manager on the Solutions Enablement team, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of the strategy and implementation plans to enable solutions driven by the Modern Compute Solutions Group within the Dell infrastructure. • Work closely with the Advanced Solutions Planning team to ensure alignment and to drive strategic initiatives to the success of the Modern Compute Solutions Group
• This role leads alignment and coordination activities with the Business Transformation organization
• Work closely with the Business Transformation Organization to drive strategic initiatives to the success of the Modern Compute Solutions Group in to the BTO and APEX roadmaps
• Driving initiatives across all fulfillment organizations and tools; DF, Flexbilling, DWS, and APEX. Serve as Operational SME for MCSG Planners, Product Managers, and Launch Managers providing expertise and guidance around end to end offer structure from cash to close
• Demonstrate key leadership competencies for driving change, including complex problem solving, identification and mitigation of risks, leveraging talent strengths, building consensus or decision alignment, and utilizing key relationships to accomplish assigned outcomes. • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ yrs experience in Program Management or similar roles. Strong communication and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and desire to solve problems. A sense of ownership and focus on driving results. Critical thinking skills to synthesize complex information and develop theories to arrive at logical recommendations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience engaging executives and other stakeholders important in decision making
• The ability to work well in a team environment and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers. Ability to drive initiatives via influence. Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage change
