Classic Motors Hiring for PDI Incharge at Ernakulam, Kerala Full Time

• Assist with completion of Pre-Delivery Inspection of new vehicle arrivals. Including, but not limited to: brief test-drive of vehicles, review of vehicle components, exterior inspection.
• Develop and continuously improve company processes for quality control effective pre-delivery inspection of vehicles.
• Clean and detail company vehicles before they are delivered to company locations or customers.
• Develop detailed reports and identify trends for any issues that are discovered during the pre-delivery inspection.
• Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate extensively with quality/production/engineering departments to discover the root-cause of issues uncovered in the PDI process.
• Maintains accurate records of new vehicle arrivals and vehicles that have completed the PDI process.
• Coordinates with Delivery, Sales and Service teams to ensure their needs are incorporated into the PDI process.
• Displays a complete understanding of internal and external compliance standards that vehicles must meet to move through the company PDI process. Immediately escalates concerns of vehicles that do not adhere to this.
