Mandatory Skills To monitor the status of all live enquiries and ensure they are completed as scheduled and escalated to the next level when required;

• Analysis about the compliances and the basic eligibility criteria for applying the Bids and tenders;
• Advanced skills in using Microsoft office suite;
• To receive and co-ordinate all sales enquiries in line with the company’s sales process;
• To follow up sales activities with clients & potential clients;
• To organize the company’s marketing materials such as flyers and brochures, etc;
• Interface between customer and company’s internal departments such as design and customer support, etc;
• Basic interest and knowledge about products related to

Aerospace and Defense sectors.

Soft Skills Good communication and writing skills;

• Fluent in English, other local and common languages;
• Must be a fast learner absorbing tasks and responsibilities;
• Must be a proactive and a team player;
• Must be punctual to work.
