Job Description: 
1. Responsible for all trial-related medical decisions.
2. The investigator/institution should conduct the trial in compliance with the protocol agreed to by the sponsor.
3. Coordinate with screening physician and diagnostic laboratory for screening.
4. Evaluation of the screened subjects as per inclusion and exclusion criteria for the particular study.
5. Oversee that all the emergency equipments are working properly, all the emergency medicines are in stock, and all the necessary clinical supplies are available in the ICU of the clinical facility.
6. To provide medical training for medical and paramedical staff when required.
7. Monitor adverse events and serious adverse events (if any) till resolution, including admission into the tertiary care hospital, etc. if required as per relevant procedure and coordinate with the PI for the same.
8. Take decisions pertaining to withdrawal of subjects due to adverse events in coordination with PI and ensure that adequate attempts are made for knowing the reason in case of a subject withdrawing consent before completion of study.
9. Perform and monitor safety evaluation of subjects during and after the completion of study and follow up required till last wash out date.
10. Provide protocol training to Physicians and Research Nurse.
11. To obtain Informed consent from the Volunteers.
12. To enroll subjects as per the Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria.
