Job description:
SAP MM Consulting & Solution designing ( ECC 6.0 & S/4 HANA )

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Functions as a team leader or supervisor analyzing client’s business and technical requirements in order to deliver a successful implementation & operations setup.
• Developing and maintaing client relationships and collaborative team environments with internal colleagues and client business/IT staff.
• Leads initial process to capture business requirements, system design, recommendations and prototyping including potential solution options.
• Completing design documentation and defines implementation strategies to include outlining shortterm and long-term options for clients.
• Completing project / operations planning and scoping activities to ensure successful implementation including projecting costs and deliverables, resource planning and utilization, charge management, and user support in designated areas / based on scope.
• Completing system set-up and configuration to ensure technical design specifications to address client requirements.
• Supervising test development, completes test designs and conducts system testing to ensure effective test execution strategy for project.
• Identifying and resolving issues stemming from configuration and identified through testing.
• Develops training materials, identifies a delivery strategy and facilitates training for end-users to ensure client satisfaction and successful end-user adoption.
• Directs final system set up and cutover, resolving any outstanding exception items or issues.
• Completes travel planning and logistics, project tracking, project status updates, tracking time and expenses, and ensuring adherence to project budget
• Works with Developers, Business Development, Professional Services Management, and other Rizing resources to provide pre-sales assistance and accurate Statement of Work preparation.
• Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to other consultants and client contacts.
• Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications and upgrade skillset on timely manner and support team’s skill development
• Guiding clinets in continues improvement in process & stabilizating the system operations
• Ensuring the delivery as per the defined process, SLAs and KPIs
• Guiding customers in upgrading the systems as per the market requirements

Requirements

Required Skill Set:

• 10 – 12 Yrs of SAP MM Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong experience in SAP MM (Procure to Pay – P2P application area) – Master data, Logistics execution and Integration
• Extensive experience in the process design, configuration and trouble-shooting of SAP P2P modules
• Experienced in Stock Transfer Order, Direct and Indirect Procurement, Make to Order, Make to Stock, Contracts, Scheduling agreements and release strategies etc.
• Experience working directly with the client team to resolve system integration test and user acceptance test cases and coordination of defect tracking, analysis and resolution process.
• Experience and Strong integration knowledge with other modules – SD/ FI / PP/IM/WMS and external systems (EDI, Idoc/BAPIs/web services)
• SAP ECC certified preferred, S/4 HANA, Ariba implementation and Migration skills are advantageous
• Should have been part of at least two end-to-end implementation project, AMS and Roll Out projects. Good in project implementation methodology.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Development / Support as a Solution Architect for Procure to Pay module( MM- PUR and MM-IV) * Experience as a Lead in discussions with stakeholders to specify new requirements and discuss potential application solutions following the business and IT strategies
• Experience in VMS and handling Automobile/ OEMs/ Manufacturing customers for APAC/ EU Customers.
• Experience with SOLMAN and CHARM processes.
• Familiarity with IT landscape, Solution Architecture and cloud based solutions.
• Skill set is more than one functional area would be added advantage
