Cocosutra, a Bangalore based delicious gourmet food brand is looking to hire freshers & experienced candidates for Customer Service Representative role. We are a young ambitious brand with a vibrant work culture.

Location: Bangalore (in-office work)

Role: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
As customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers via calls, email and chat. You would also focus on processing orders into order management system.
– Manage customer calls and inquiries via phone, email and chat

– Provide correct information to questions about product, pricing and availability

– Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs

– Provide shipment/order related information and product literature as needed to sales/business finance.

– Manage end to end website order fulfilment process. (Order management process through Tally training will be provided, if required)

Preferred candidates:

– Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
– Verbal skills required in English and Hindi languages
– Positive attitude with zeal to learn new things.
– Ability to summarize processes and information in a clear and concise manner.
Education qualification: Graduate in any disciple
Experience preferred: 3 months – 1year experience in customer facing role.
Salary : Depending on the experience in handling the role
