Codal is seeking Talent Acquisition Expert in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to join our team and assist the HR operations with support of the current management and HR team. This is a full time role.Job SpecificationsExperience Range – 1 to 3 Yrs.Education – MBA HR/ Diploma HR or any related to Human ResourceCandidate should have minimum one year experience in IT Industry Hiring.Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills is a must.

Job Responsibilities :

• Planning for End-to-End Recruitment.

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

• Understanding resource needs and searching various job boards

• Participate in developing and updating job descriptions and getting it approved from the concerned person.

• Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.

• Assist in preparing recruitment materials and Job Posts

• Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the case may be.

• Arranging for technical interviews and coordinating with the concerned person.

• Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.

• Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.

• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

• Assist in maintaining the HR databases and software

• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

• Assistance in Day to Day HR – Admin Activities

• Assist in other HR generalist tasks.
