Responsibilities:

• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Assist the CEO with all tasks including tasks of personal nature.
• At least 2 Years Experience working as an Executive Assistant
• Female Candidates are Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
