• Minimum 2 years of experience in a product support or technical support role
• Provide frontline support to customers via email / call on reported queries
• Follow established support processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical background, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good documentation skills
• Ability to work in flexible hours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Resolution confirmation and closure within SLA
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT to prepare data analysis reports such as reported ticket closed, pending and unresolved status, documentation of customer need and presentation.

Good to have requirements:

• Basic knowledge of server-side development technologies such as Java and Python
• Experience with Journals and Books
• Experience with content domain and content management systems
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Zohodesk and

JIRA.

• Exposure to AWS
