Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot Microservices and Java along with domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust architecture solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices.

• Oversee the implementation of Java-based applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.

• Ensure the architecture aligns with industry best practices and regulatory standards particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims domain.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.

• Monitor and optimize system performance identifying and addressing bottlenecks and potential issues.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs processes and procedures.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends incorporating relevant advancements into the architecture.

• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.

• Ensure the security and integrity of data within the system implementing necessary safeguards and protocols.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Spring Boot Microservices and Java demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.

• Have a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains with a proven track record of successful projects.

• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with diverse teams.

• Show a commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• Preferably have certifications in relevant technologies showcasing a commitment to professional development.
