Participate in design and feedback workshops to improve our services and quality of work.

Perform daily provisioning & configuration tasks on EMC Isilon.

Participate in the planning, approval and implementation of approved Change Management requests.

Manage daily operations as per incident management process.

Generate regular operational reports using customer supplied tools.

Manage NFS & CIFS/SMB shares on NAS (Isilon).

Manage replication through tools like Isilon SyncIQ and help in DR planning and procedures.

Manage and support Isilon for all ongoing activities.

Manage storage in a Unix/Linux environment.

Work at solving issues with the Dell HCI and Backup solutions.

Advanced knowledge of Backup, Recovery and De-Duplication technology.

Hands-on experience with installation and configuration of Avamar Backup software.

Hands-on experience with installation and configuration of products in the Dell Data Protection (DPS) Portfolio – Avamar, Data Domain, IDPA.

Backup software integration with most commonly used applications in industry (e.g. Backing up MS Exchange, SQL, Oracle, Lotus Notes, VMWare).

Advanced knowledge with performance tuning and optimization.
