The Recruitment Specialist role is therefore paramount in ensuring that we get the best people, develop and retain them. Working alongside our team of talented recruiters, you will be responsible for undertaking all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. The role also involves working with international recruitment for our other regions.About YouYou have at least 3 years experience from a similar role.

• Ecommerce exposure would be advantageous

• You understand how to find good people.

• Results driven and ambitious individual.

• Somebody who is able to take ownership of projects or tasks.

• Exposure to international recruitment would be beneficial.

• Ability to come up with solutions to problems.

• Experience working on ATS

• Experience in hiring through LinkedIn

• You are able to demonstrate prior results that you have achieved.

• You are somebody who takes pride in their work.

• You have an excellent standard of English.

• Strong communication skills within the team and with stakeholders a must.

• A good standard of education.

• Time management skills and self organisation is critical.

• Intelligent, a strong work ethic and an amazing attitude.
