Common Purpose is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1989 that develops leaders who can cross boundaries. This enables them to solve complex problems both in organizations and in cities. We deliver in-person and online leadership programmes for multiple generations of leaders, from students in universities to senior leaders in organizations and society, supporting them to develop the knowledge, skills and inspiration to cross boundaries and become more active and engaged citizens.
You will support the team who deliver our leadership development programmes by managing part of our Admin Hub, based in Bangalore, as well as the systems and processes they use. We are looking for someone who has experience of managing a small team and is able to work across multiple projects at the same time, meeting deadlines and delivering the highest possible quality. The role is full of variety and perfect for anyone looking to broaden their exposure to a hybrid commercial/not-for-profit environment.
This is a full-time permanent role which is based in Bangalore, India.
