Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to improve share of wallet. Coordinating with Pre-Sales and Post Sales and follow-up. Identifying competition accounts and developing new customers Key Accounts Analysis Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual quota Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: Should have a graduate degree. Post graduate degree in Business Administration would be a plus point.
Experience: 8 Years +
8+years exp in BSFI enterprise sales (Service providers IT / ITES) Should be from IT /Networking / Telecom sector Should have strong record of success within key accounts management, ideally within the industry. Should have experience in delivering Focused Solutions. A highly goal oriented, assertive and hands on problem solver Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization . Work collaboratively.
