Job Title: International Voice(Banking)
Work Location: Mumbai
Candidate should be from Mumbai location only
Transport Boundaries:
Western: Churchgate – Mira Road
Central: CST- Thane
Harbour: CST- Vashi
As of now work from home, as per situation it will be work from office
Job Role:
- Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
- Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
- Flexible to work in shifts
Requirements
Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate
Candidate should have,
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good technical knowledge
- Undergraduate candidate should have minimum 1.6 Years experience in International Voice process.
- Graduate candidate should have 1 year experience in International Voice process
