You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day. : We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator, Global Demand Center to join our team who will support the work of our Global Demand Center – developing and executing email demand generation campaigns in concert with other digital marketing and thought leadership, to drive quality leads, pipeline and revenue. Ideal candidate has experience working on a global team and coordinating multiple project efforts. The individual must be a self-starter and comfortable supporting a diverse solution portfolio and working within a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders. Candidate should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms is critical with Marketo and Salesforce.com experience required. Knowledge of DOMO, Demandbase, Discover.Org is a plus. Position reports to the Marketing Director, Global Demand Center and works closely with the overall Marketing team, business owners/subject matter experts, and external resources (such as agencies and contractors) to implement best practices and execute Global Demand Center campaigns and adjacent support services. Key Responsibilities:

• Position Conduent as a technology-driven business process services company that is perceived as an innovative thought leader.
• Configure and manage Global Demand Center team systems comprised of Marketo and numerous integrated system components (Salesforce.com, Domo, Sales Insight, etc.).
• Based on corporate and sector business strategies/priorities, interlock with key stakeholders to coordinate Global Demand Center campaigns for all Conduent businesses and solution sets/offerings.
• Measure and report performance of campaigns and customer touch points and assess success against established metrics and goals.
• Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and techniques. Provide guidance and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting digital and demand generation programs on large scale in the B2B space (ideally for recurring revenue businesses such a SaaS and BPaaS).
• Broad experience with various digital channels and top of funnel program initiatives including awareness marketing, digital, outbound, inbound, referral and other lead generation activations (email marketing is required).
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and experience managing large amounts of marketing data is critical. Familiarity with the latest tools, technology and best practices in web, CRM, and social media. Prior Marketo and Salesforce.com experience is required.
• Coordinate marketing campaign assets including emails, landing pages, and forms.
• Knowledge and skills on other platforms and tools such as Domo, Google Analytics, Discover.org, Marketo Sales Insight and basic HTML are desired.
• Understanding of global personal data regulatory requirements such a GDPR and California Consumer Privacy Act.
• Ability to think strategically and be highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate buyers.
• Must be adaptable to fast-paced, changing environment; with ability to work closely and influence multiple stakeholders in highly matrixed organization.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills and data-driven thinking to support performance analysis and reporting. Establish standard metrics related to client acquisition channels and collaborate with stakeholders and business intelligence resources to gain insights that increase success rates.
• Understanding of email best practices including, optimizing conversion funnel through rigorous A/B testing and/or other manual and/or automated methods.
• Identify and recommend process optimizations to improve efficiency of marketing campaign execution and delivery.
• Update as necessary extensive project documentation on processes, workflows, and communication standards.
• Poses superior English written and oral communication skills and competency with MS Office 365.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (Business or Marketing degree preferred).
