Roles and Responsibilities:

• Database Administration support for business-critical applications in Single/Multitenant Architecture.

• Administer Oracle Databases on different operating systems including but not limited to: Linux and Windows

• Install, Upgrade/Patching and Configure Oracle Server 12c/19c/21c RAC on multi node systems to meet Availability SLAs

• Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud Control.

• Implement backup strategy to meet SLAs.

• Ability to Implement Security Best Practices to meet compliance requirements.

• Develop and support database maintenance scripts

• Develop and maintain database design and support documentation

• Ability to configure Oracle HA options, including ADG, FSFO, And Goldengate

• Provide 24×7 on-call support

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Ideally Oracle Certified Professional with more than 8 years’ experience in Oracle Database Administration of 12c/ 19c /21c Oracle 13c Grid Control, Goldengate

• Operating system experience in Linux

• Oracle GI & RAC administration

• Strong Unix scripting using BASH/Python

• Excellent Problem Solving, Communication skills, Self-starter, ability to work in a team as well as take individual responsibility

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Maximum Availability Architecture Experience

• Ability to install, configure and maintain Golden Gate replication in single and bi-directional.

• Database Administrator experience with PostgreSQL

• Exposure to Oracle implementation in Cloud (Azure/OCI/ExaC@C)
