Accounting AdministrationCTI Global Resources, a US-based audio visual integrator, is looking for a Pune-based data entry administrator for our accounting department. Founded in the US in 1988, Conference Technologies, Inc. expanded our operations to India as CTI Global Resources. Our Data Entry Administrator will work remotely to complete deadline-driven tasks for our US-based accounting department. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can get things done, works well alone as well as with remote teams, and is detail-oriented in completing their tasks on time.Job Duties:

Filing SPIFF claims using Great Plains software
Log in information regarding vendors to file SPIFF claims.
Upload and manage end of life products on corporate pricing files.
Enter travel reports and confirm that entries match our system.
Work with US based accounting team to plan and execute data entry and administrative projects.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Attention to detail is a must.
High English competency
Ability to complete deadline-based tasks
Proficient in microsoft excel
Must be able to work with a high degree of confidentiality.
