Continental AG Hiring for Stock Prep Planner- PPC at Sardhana, Uttar Pradesh Full Time

Job Description –

1.Planning and Sequencing of Hot and Cold stock prep equipment like Tread Extruders, SW line, Fischer Cutter, Textile and STC Calendaring.

2. Ensure smooth and continuous supply of TBR & PLT Building components to have best utilization of all upstream Equipment like Building and curing.

3. Ensure size achievement plan adherence to feed final customer orders.

4. Ensure preventive maintenance schedule as per plan with proper planning.

5. Do dynamic planning as per availability of materials and machines.

6. Align all components supply as per Building Master Plan of 48 Hrs.

Qualifications

Academic Degree Required – Yes. Graduate Engineer from Mech/ Elect / Production or Science Graduate from reputed college.

Experience – Candidate with minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Tire Mfg. or any Automobile Industry. Exposure in SAP – PP module, MRP running, Scheduling of Shop floor integrated Machines. Providing continuous productions orders in systems, Expertise in Excel, Macro and PPT is essential.

Preferred– Tire Mfg. or Any automobile manufacturing Industry. Radial Tire Planning is preferred.
