In the area of Automotive Quality , Rules , Business Solutions and Controlling in Market

Providing support for Rule Governance & Management Activities @ Market India ( QMS ) ,

Knowledge on IATF 16949 , Core tools & basics of Customer Specific Requirements

Managing/training the team on Quality Tools like EPPAP , CQTS, Sharepoint, QMS Portal management (confluence )

Moderating & coaching team on Quality Cultural Change mindset programmes/ workshops at Market Level

Supporting and managing Audits ( Product/Process/System)

Coaching the team on continuous improvements programs as defined by Automotive Quality

Knowledge on SAP / Confluence platform, advance PowerPoint and Excel skills

Academic degree in Engineering, Computer science, Business Management, or comparable qualification

Experience: Min. 6 years of experience working in Quality areas, e.g., QMP, QMPP, SQM, CQM, etc.

Moderation of workshops and coaching of stakeholders
